Muskmelon Scoops in Yogurt

Ingredients :

  • Muskmelon Fruit : 5-6 scoops or Cut Melon pieces 1 Cup
  • Fresh Plain Curd or Yogurt : 1 Cup
  • Lemon Juice : 2 Tablespoons
  • Seasoning (Optional) : Pinch of Salt, Pepper or Cumin Seed Powder
  • Toppings (Optional) : Fresh Mint Leaves, Walnuts, Almonds and Flax Seeds.

Preparation :

  1. Using a melon baller or a teaspoon, scoop out rounds of the muskmelon and place it aside.
  2. Take a small cup or bowl add and combine yogurt and lemon juice and stir until smooth.
