Rekha Prabhu is a Masters in Food Science & Nutrition with over 19 years of experience. Rekha has been affiliated with Cure.fit in the past as lead Clinical Nutritionist and has also worked with Sagar Apollo Hospitals in multiple functions related to health such as Diabetes care and health and well being. She believes in learning new things and is currently also pursuing her Post Graduation in Mental Health from CMC Vellore. Her extensive clinical experience is well rounded up with specialized training in Fitness, Nutrition, Mindfulness and behavioral habit formation techniques.

Rekha is a Life member of the IDA, NSI and IAPEN and has worked towards community nutrition and corporate sectors.

She is fluent in English, Hindi, Kannnada and Konkani and is adept with knowledge across all kinds of cuisines. In her free time she enjoys practicing yoga being a certified yoga educator and loves reading, cooking a storm in the kitchen with her boys and enjoying outdoor trekking and sports.
