Hello, I'm Madhav. My journey with diabetes began in 2022. I started noticing my symptoms after a wedding where I drank a lot of sugary, carbonated drinks. After the party I noticed that I was taking frequent urine breaks and I also began feeling dizzy.

Immediately I cut out white rice and all the sugary things, just like everyone says. Even tried some home remedies and medicines my sister, who's an Ayurvedic doctor, suggested. But after a few months, the numbers just weren't budging. It was quite frustrating to see my efforts go in waste.
