Delivery Process:

After you place an order, our system processes the order, and an internal quality check is conducted to ensure that the products are in impeccable condition. Once the initial quality check is passed, the final quality check is undertaken to ensure that the products are packed with care and handed over to our trusted logistics partner.

Our Logistics partners takes the responsibility to deliver the shipment within the time specifically mentioned for each item on our Platform. In the event that our logistics partner cannot reach your specified shipping address or deliver at the designated time, they will contact you for a resolution. Please be aware that all items in your order will be shipped to the address that you provided while placing your order. The invoice for your order will be sent to you via email.

While we aim to ship all your items together, circumstances may occasionally necessitate separate shipments.

Shipment processing and delivery time

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In the event where we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we may contact you via email or phone.

We do not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In unforeseen events, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as transit delays, remote locations, strikes, natural calamities, etc.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and prominently displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message/email with the tracking number once your order is shipped from our warehouse. This message/email will be sent to the contact/email address that you provided while placing the order and will include essential information such as the details of the ordered products, the order tracking number and the name of the logistics partner responsible for handling your shipment.

You will be able to trace your shipment with the tracking number provided to you. The tracking number usually gets activated within a period of 24 hours from the issue of shipment confirmation email.

If you are a registered user, you also have the convenience of tracking your order by logging into the “My Account” section on our Website or App. Simply navigate to the “Your Orders” tab to access detailed information about your order.

Serviceable Pin Codes

We deliver to most PIN codes across India. Please note that the list of serviceable PIN codes may change based on the network of our logistics partners. To verify whether we can deliver to your shipping address, you can simply enter your PIN code on any of our product pages available on our website or during the checkout process.

Prices and Taxes

Prices quoted for each product are exclusive of GST. However, once you proceed with your order, the final shopping cart value would clearly indicate the price of each article, the total cart value, and the applicable GST amount.

Prices quoted in Rupees are valid for delivery within India only.

Damages

We are fully committed to the secure and timely delivery of your order. Each product is securely cushioned in bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box. After packing, the package is handed over to our logistic partner for further delivery at the shipping address provided by you.

In case you receive a damaged, broken, torn product, please contact us with the order details immediately. We will require the photographs and other relevant information from you to substantiate the cause of damage. You shall be required to save all packaging materials and damaged items for necessary inspection.

For damaged, broken, torn product, you shall be entitled to receive a replacement for the affected products. For more details regarding the returns and replacement of products, please refer to [Returns and Replacement Policy]

Rescheduling Deliveries

In the event there is no one available at the shipping address to collect the shipment during the initial delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make two additional delivery attempts thereafter. You will have the option to reach out to us at our Customer Service helpline at - 1800 1208 860 to reschedule the delivery date, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If these two subsequent delivery attempts remain unsuccessful, our logistics partner will initiate the return of the shipment to us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by our logistics partner. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you to request for an updated address. If the address / updated address cannot be validated, the order will be cancelled, and refund will be initiated.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you don’t receive your order, but the shipping partner reports that the shipment is delivered, please let us know within 48hrs of receiving the delivered message by contacting us on the below given contact information.
